In 2019 Jessica’s combined sales exceeded $17 Million in gross volume, ranking her in the top 5% of all Boise Regional Realtors. Currently, Jessica’s combined year-to-date sales volume exceeds $5.3 Million for 2020. Jessica currently ranks in the top 25 agents within Silvercreek Realty Group – Silvercreek is the largest Idaho real estate brokerage with over 1,350 agents.

Jessica combines her love of education with a passion for real estate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Boise State University and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and uses her business background to strategically market properties and navigate the complex financial aspects of the real estate market. Jessica is a Realtor Circle of Excellence Top producer and ranks in the top 5% of the nearly 5,300 Realtors in the Boise area.
A Boise resident for more than 20 years, Jessica’s knowledge of the city is an asset for all her clients. Her dedication and love of the city are reflected in her extensive work with the community. Jessica serves on the Urban Land Institute’s Management Committee as the Idaho NEXT Chapter Chair, Young Professionals Network’s Board of Directors as the Vice Chair, Boise Regional Realtors (BRR) Communications Committee (2019), and BRR Foundation Realtor Outreach Committee (2019). She has also volunteered with Paint the Town, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, the BRR Give Back golf tournament and the Realtor’s Community Foundation Pantry Supply Drive.
